3. Privacy: what data we collect and why
Data controller: Mallorcamor S.Coop., with the contact details in section 1.
We only collect the data you give us: name, email, phone and, if you buy or book, the data needed for payment and to organise the pick-up or the visit. We do not store your card details: payment is handled by the payment provider.
We use them to manage your membership or booking, take payment, tell you what you need to know (pick-ups, changes, incidents), meet our tax obligations and, only if you have given permission, send you news. You can unsubscribe from the news whenever you like.
The legal basis is the contract we have with you when you buy or book, the law as regards invoicing, and your consent for the news.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. It is only seen by the providers we need to deliver the service: Stripe (payments), Bókun (experience bookings), Brevo (email sending), Google (email and documents), WhatsApp (notices to members, if you join the group) and IONOS (website hosting on a VPS). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards the law requires.
5. How long we keep it
While you are a member or customer and, afterwards, for as long as the law requires invoices and records to be kept. Data for news, until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit its use, object to our using it or take it to another provider. Write to info@mallorcamor.com and we will reply within one month. If you believe we have not respected your rights, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
