Questions? WhatsAppFrom the garden to your kitchen
From our market garden, for two to four people, depending on how keen you are on your veg (if you live alone, there's a half basket with the code MITJA). Each week brings what's ready: no two baskets are ever alike, and there's always enough for a salad, a sofrito and a hearty one-pot dish.
We don't promise a fixed weight: some weeks there's more leafy veg, other weeks more roots or cabbage. What is guaranteed is enough to eat at home throughout the week.
Buying good vegetables takes work. You have to work out what's in season and local, queue, then get home without knowing what to cook.
The Paner takes that off your hands. Each week, an organic seasonal basket of local varieties, harvested that very morning, is waiting for you at the farm. We also send recipe ideas based on what's inside, so you don't have to think about what to cook.
You commit to the farmer from October to July, pay however you prefer, in full or by instalments, and collect a basket of what we've harvested at the farm each week.
It's community-supported agriculture: you bring the trust, and we bring the land, water, work and plenty of love. We're the first cooperative in the Balearic Islands to do this.
ASC — Community-Supported Agriculture · CSA — Community Supported Agriculture · Solawi — Solidarische Landwirtschaft · AMAP — Agriculture Paysanne
Paying in instalments does not turn a season-long commitment into a monthly cancellable subscription. Taking part does not automatically make you a member in the legal sense either.
A gentle start. Tender salad leaves almost every week, the first cabbages and a few roots. The basket grows as the market garden does.
The widest variety of the year. Cabbages in many shapes, roots, cooking greens and herbs. Everything a pot of something good calls for.
Tender legumes, new shoots and young leaves. The basket becomes sweeter and easier to eat raw.
Fruit and colour, just right for warmer weather, with summer leaves and herbs on the side. This is when the basket is heaviest.
We grow local varieties whenever we can, using seed from the Associació de Varietats Locals de Mallorca and seedlings from island nurseries. Everything is certified by CBPAE, operator 2143P.
Extras from the producer group
Organic producers from the Balearics offering more to take home from the farm.
Discover VENDECO on APAEMABut we're part of VENDECO, the Balearic Islands' organic growers' group. Each week you can add products from fellow growers to your basket, ordering and paying for them separately.
The basket is vegetables from our market garden: intensively grown in beds, with leafy greens, cabbages, roots and herbs. Potatoes and sweet potatoes need a lot of space and storage, so we don't grow those ourselves.

Ordered and paid for separately. Vegetables from our garden; extras from the producers in the group.
Your time at the garden
Friday 17:00 – 19:00 — From November to February, 16:00 to 18:00.
Saturday 10:00 – 12:00 — Choose whichever suits you each week; no need to let us know.
Bring your basket or bags. The board shows what's in season that week and in what quantity, and everyone serves themselves. There's coffee, tea and countryside to enjoy for a while.
If you can't come one week, send someone else: a friend, neighbour or another member. They just need to give your name.
If several people live in the same area, we'll set up a collection point to bring the baskets closer to you.
Twenty households, one garden
Twenty households. That's all it takes for a piece of Mallorca to remain countryside.
Every week, things happen in that market garden that never appear on a receipt. The soil is more alive than it was last year. Water stays where it falls. Insects return that hadn't been seen around here for years. And a 22-year-old farmer is still farming, on an island where that is becoming rare.
None of that can be bought. It is sustained by a small group, and you'll be one of them.
Your basket supports a market garden in Sineu grown to feed twenty households, and that changes how we farm: with no rush or surplus, and guided by what the land can provide.
It helps regenerate the Mallorcan countryside: living soil, careful use of water, returning insects, young fruit trees and local varieties that continue to be sown.
There is a next generation. Bruno is 22 and a farmer. A young person being able to make a living from farming in Mallorca is what keeps the countryside alive.
There's no one between the market garden and your table. What you take home on Friday or Saturday was harvested that very morning, just metres from where you collect it.
You're the first. We're doing this so the model can be replicated. Every farm in Mallorca that adopts it is a piece of countryside brought back to life.
We're a family: Cristiano, Roberta and Bruno, our young farmer. Together, we're MallorcAmor.

Clear terms
Everything you need to know about the commitment, harvest and collection.
With a box scheme, you buy what you want each week and stop whenever you like. Here, you're a member for the whole season and share with us how the market garden is doing: the good weeks and the less productive ones. In return, the farmer knows from September who they're growing for, and that certainty makes it possible to grow well at a fair price for both of us.
No. The commitment is for the whole season and the payment is non-refundable. You can transfer your place to someone else for the rest of the season: tell us, and they become the member. As this is a distance purchase, you have 14 days from payment to withdraw and get a refund, provided this is before the first basket.
It happens. Frost, pests or a hot spell can change the harvest. Whatever there is is shared between the twenty baskets, and we'll tell you in the group before you come. It works the other way too: when the market garden produces more, the basket is fuller that week and there's no extra charge. Supporting a farm means sharing the result.
The seasons and the local crop decide what's in the basket: each week it contains what's ready, not what we might order. There's also a swap box at the farm: if you don't like something, leave it there and take something you'd prefer from what others have left.
Only at Christmas. You collect a double basket on Wednesday 23 December, with produce that keeps well at home, and there is no collection until the second week of January. The rest of the year, collection is weekly.
Yes. The basket is yours to share as you like. There is one member: the person who pays.
We'll let you know. If the payment isn't brought up to date, your basket will be paused until the outstanding instalment is paid. The season-long commitment remains in place.
An uncollected basket is not stored, replaced or refunded. If you can't come, send someone else; they just need to give your name.
Within 24 hours, you'll receive a welcome email with everything you need to know, and we'll add you to the members' WhatsApp group. From then on, you'll know what's in the basket each week before you come.
Yes, with priority. We'll ask you before opening places to new members.
Twenty. That's what the market garden can provide in this first season.
See you in the garden
