What it means to share a harvest
The Paner starts with a commitment to a growing season and a result that can vary.
A season, not an à la carte purchase
The Paner is inspired by community-supported agriculture. The commitment is to support a growing season; the contents depend on what the market garden produces.
A monthly instalment is one way of spreading that commitment's cost. It does not in itself mean a subscription that can be cancelled each month.
Sharing the ups and downs too
Weather and crop development can affect quantity and variety.
Before joining, ask what is guaranteed in the event of a crop failure and how any issues are communicated and resolved.
What should be clear
Capacity, calendar, number of collections, total price, due dates, absences and exit terms should all be agreed. One double collection and two collection dates do not mean the same thing.
